Russia...Sushki...Bubliki...Zefir....

...what to speak about a zefir, bagels and drying... such in more anywhere... only we can enjoy these sweets. My most favourite Russian sweets: vanilla bagels...

Vanilla Bublik....

...It is the real taste of the childhood. While I lived in Russia, constantly ate vanilla bagels. The most important that they were fresh. Then from them such mad aroma, and they such soft. In Montenegro it was necessary most to learn to prepare such bagels. The turn out same tasty and fragrant, but only them long to do, and now I eat them much less often. But still at the mention of vanilla bagels, I have at once memoirs from the childhood, and especially remember summer vacations in Anapa where I ate a melon and vanilla bagels... and anything else it was not necessary for happiness:)! Gematogen and Blizzard candies (Ekaterinburg, factory "SladKo").

Candies...Gematogen...

Gematogen - useful and tasty sweet. Such yum-yum don't do more anywhere. So it is necessary to ask sometimes that sent from Russia, though slightly. I love most of all usual, classical gematogen, without any additives. And our candies - fantastic. They have very tasty chocolate glaze, and a proline at them from nutlets Cashew. Madly tasty candies as Russian sweet is the zefir and "ptichje moloko". To other world to have to envy only to us because only we can enjoy these sweets.

​The zefir prepared in house conditions, same tasty and gentle, as from shop. And "ptichje moloko" turns out very gentle, beautiful, tasty.

​I remember as in the childhood looked for in a box of "ptichje moloko" of a candy with different color, it was necessary to try all tastes surely: lemon, cocoa, vanilla, caramel cream. Only lemon almost nobody loved. All wanted to find full with taste of cocoa well or the usual vanilla:) ! And the pie could be received "ptichje moloko" only on big holidays, it was the presents an event. But it was worthy of it to wait... then we really felt taste of this sweet (weren't spoiled as now by such variety of sweets which are always available)!

Cake "Napoleon"...yummm....

Well and certainly - a pie "Napoleon". It as in Austria it is necessary to try a pie "Sacher", in Russia - a pie "Napoleon". And only in Russia it is possible to prepare it correctly because almost anywhere in Europe there is no "Condensed milk". And without it it will not turn out the real cream. It is possible to do certainly swept away cream, or zavarnoy... but most tasty of condensed milk. And still, the most important to prepare cake layers... only then this pie turns out gentle, well impregnated and tasty very much :)!
