​January 25 (2012)...Catholic Christmas...the happiness, sweet aroma of chocolate gifts, children's laughter soars in air... life is fine... my plane lands in Paris... it is a little more and I will meet the mummy... also I will celebrate Christmas in Paris... and still I am waited by culinary courses... the happiness is... it here, nearby... ! ! !
Cooking classes...Macarons - baguette - croissants...
Sweet-sweet-sweet Paris...
Cloudy...wind...but it means nothin...and on a face all the same a smile...mother nearby, air is impregnated with aroma of cinnamon, ginger, "Mulled wine", tangerines, chocolate, vanilla... Paris is beautiful...The Champs Elysée all on fires...!!! To culinary courses I have a day more, it is possible to walk across Paris, to inhale its magic air... well and after that it is possible to do the real French baguettes...!!!

...the city almost empty...shines the sun, the first bakeries...air open is filled with aroma of fresh bread, cinnamon and vanilla...and I hurry...to learn as the culinary courses to do the real French baguettes...:)...life is fine...Courses took very interestingly...us in group there were 9 people... from America, Germany, Denmark...:)...!!! Cheerfully...it was informative...and it is tasty...!!! I learned to do the real baguettes...mmm... yum-yum...а still we did very tasty focaccia...soft rolls with olive oil, tomatoes, olives...to mmm...!!!
December 29, 2012 …I hurry across cloudy Paris on courses of croissants…!!! Soon New Year…all city is ready to its meeting…!!!​​
Courses of croissants were very tasty..:)...!!! Now I am able to do classical croissants and rolls with chocolate...а still almond puffs...it is madly tasty...They such gentle, air, tasty-tasty...

Now it is time to go to Brittany...to Rennes...to ocean...in Pinors...here we will celebrate New Year...on the end of the Earth ...!!!And in new year I am waited by one more courses...macaroons classes...it will be in Rennes...!!!
Here, now I learned a preparation secret macaroons...:)...! ! !
