Sweet France...
France is known for the batch (the bakeries which at them are called as "La boulangeri")! French baguettes, croissants, macarons, cookies, flan etc. Can't pass by the bakery from which blows as aroma of hot croissants and baguettes in the morning... obligatory something and you will buy. And this all such tasty, fresh, real...a roll crackling... mm...!!!

​Here only the real croissant it is simple a roll from puff pastry, without any additives... but this roll the in itself madly tasty. And here rolls with addition of chocolate and other creams (to what we got used to "croissants" from packing) is already another story altogether and they look absolutely in a different way.


Cookies....yummm...
The national batch of France is very various, in each part of France there is the traditional batch. I was possible manage with sweets of Paris (the central part of France) and Brittany (Bretagne) sweets.
From the Parisian sweets I love most of all chocolate cookies. It is simply big cookie, somewhere 13 cm, in diameter, from shortcake dough, but thus very gentle and tasty.


Flan...salty caramel....
In Brittany do "President" butter. Well and it is natural that this butter add almost everywhere, even in caramel. So one of sweets of Brittany - caramel with salty butter. Can sounds unusually and not so habitually, but it is very tasty. As they do very tasty sand cookies with this butter.
Well and one of the most popular Breton desserts - flan. Caramel flan something reminds caramel cream and a vanilla pudding. Prepares from milk and vanilla sugar. It turns out it is very tasty and it is unusual.

​Candis...chocolate...
Well and certainly, my favorite French candies which can't be bought more anywhere - "Suchard", Le Rocher Lait. The real chocolate, with mad and tasty a praline. From these candies the head, from simply starts to be turned on how many chocolate can be tasty.
